PRIVACY POLICY At Tudor History Tours we take your privacy seriously and wish to be compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Act) which comes into effect in May 2018.  We will only use the personal information you provide to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. By providing information such as your name, email address and telephone number you agree to us contacting you with regards to the information you request.

Some forms on our website may also include a check box asking you for permission for us to add you to our mailing list. This is an opt-in mailing list and your personal information will be used solely by us. Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold, passed on or used by any other organisation, individual or third party.

From time to time, we may include external links in our e-mails to other web sites which we think may be of interest to you. Each email communication you receive from us will have the option to remove your e-mail address from our list.

We will share your personal information with our trusted suppliers and sub-contractors only when it is necessary for us to do so to administer your account.

Your personal data will be securely stored in our CRM system until you unsubscribe from our mailing list.
