both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed
bookings. Whilst we always endeavour to
avoid changes and cancellations we must reserve the right to do so. We will
only cancel your confirmed booking 8 weeks or less before the tour commences

must pay the difference but if it is cheaper the company will make an
appropriate refund) or
iii. (in the case of a major change) cancelling the holiday and receiving a full refund.
Most changes will be minor, such as timed
attendance at attractions. A significant change is one, which materially alters
your tour and would include, for example, a change of start and departure dates
or quality of accommodation. If a significant change is to be made, we will
endeavour to inform you as soon as is reasonably practicable if there is time
before your departure. In the event of a significant change occurring within
four weeks of your departure date, we will, if possible, offer alternative
arrangements if necessary or, if these are not acceptable to you, make a full
refund to you. Compensation will not be
payable and no liability beyond offering the above mentioned choice can be
accepted where we are forced to make a change or cancel as a result of unusual
and unforseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we
could not have avoided even with all due care. No compensation will be payable if we cancel as a result of your failure
to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions.
